InFill 3-Blade Retractor

Pinnacle Spine’s 3-blade MIS Retractor system is designed to give surgeons optimal efficiency, flexibility and access to the disc space, while minimizing the potential for tissue creep.

The InFill 3-blade retractor offers independent adjustment of each arm and blade toeing independently to accommodate patient anatomy and surgical approach. The system can be configured with or without arm extensions, or use a rigid attachment at posterior or anterior mounting points. Each Blade can be customized for additional illumination, stability, and length, with our selection of specially designed shims.

InFill 3-Blade Retractor Features

  • Radiolucent components provide excellent visualization under fluroscopy
  • Three independently controlled arms allow micro-precision adjustment for dynamic range and control of blades allow micro-precision adjustment.
  • Blades can be toed-in up to 25°, providing retraction at the disc & spine where needed, while minimizing incision size.
  • Toe-in design adds blade depth, aiding retraction while reducing tissue creep.
  • Extended range of center arm allows blade to capture and sweep tissue out of the field, minimizing the need for supplemental hand retraction.

InFill 4-Blade Retractor

Pinnacle Spine believes that innovation gives you the ability to do more. As a key component of our complete InFill Interbody Fusion System, our unique 4-blade retractor offers surgeons greater flexibility in addressing patient anatomy.

The device delivers an extended range of motion, with a unique toe-in design providing up to 30° of latitude while adding blade depth to more effectively prevent tissue creep within the surgical field. In addition, each blade can be customized for additional illumination, stability, and length, with our selection of specially designed shims. The result is improved access to the disc space and clearer visualization without supplemental hand retraction.

2-Level 4-Blade Retractor

InFill 2-Level 4-Blade Retractor

The InFill Two Level 4-blade MIS retractor system offers all the features and capabilities of the single level 4-blade retractor with increased working area at the surgical site while minimizing the need for additional hand retraction. Multi-level access prevents the need to move the retractor mid-procedure while maintaining and MIS approach, and facilitates newer methods such as the oblique procedure.
